Reservations will be made by Individual Call-In no later than Sunday, July 20, 2008 by 5PM PST. Attendees may make their reservations by calling the Hotel Reservation’s Department directly at 1-800-243-0625 or our Central Reservations’ toll-free number at 1-800-222-TREE (8733). Reservations requested by attendees after this date will be accepted based upon availability.

Free transportation from the hotel to LBNL in the morning and from LBNL to the hotel in the afternoon will be arranged by the organizing committee. Registered participants will also be allowed to use the free laboratory shuttles to travel around the lab or to and from downtown Berkeley to visit UC Berkeley, restaurants, access BART and bus, and other local attractions.
